Delivery Costs

At Gift Box HeRo we are committed to trying to keep our boxes affordable for all and therefore the cost of delivery via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service is free.

We are a small business and whilst we will always strive to process, pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we ask that you allow 5-7 days for delivery from the date of order.

PLEASE NOTE that all delivery times are approximate and are not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the above timeframe.

Returns

Whilst we obviously hope that you/your gift recipient are thrilled with your purchase, we understand that you may change your mind, or that sometimes things may go wrong, either at Gift Box HeRo Headquarters or during the postage/delivery process.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please contact us within 14 days of purchase so that we can start the return/exchange, following which you will have a further 14 days to return the order to us.

If we authorise a return, please ensure that the product(s) are packaged carefully in their original packaging to avoid any damage during travel.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns/exchange of products after 28 days from the original date of purchase so please do contact us and then follow any instructions to return items as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying any postage costs to return items and such costs will not form part of any exchange or refund amount.

To complete a return, we will require proof of purchase by way of the original order confirmation.

If there is something wrong with your order when it is received (e.g damaged or missing item) then please make this clear when you contact us.
