Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is your packaging recyclable?
    Every effort is made to ensure that we are as environmentally friendly as possible. All of our gift boxes and shred are fully recyclable. Packaging on individual items within each gift box will vary according to the manufacturers of those products, however we do take environmental impact into consideration when selecting products for our gift boxes as much as possible.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Gift Box HeRo is committed to processing, packing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible but we are a small business and ask that you allow 5-7 days from the date of order to receive it.
  • Are your products vegan?
    Every effort is made to source products that are vegan and a large number of our products are. If you have a query regarding specific items then please feel free to contact us and we will be able to confirm.
  • Will Gift Box HeRo products fit through a Letterbox?
    This will depend on the Gift Box type and number ordered. Our Mini Gift Boxes will fit through a letterbox, however if multiple mini boxes are ordered within the same order, they will be packaged together. Our full size Gift Boxes will not fit through a letterbox.
  • Will the items in my box be exactly the same as those pictured on your website?
    The items themselves will be as listed. We will make every effort to try and ensure that you receive the same brand/packaging as in the pictures on our website, however in order to ensure stock levels to meet demand, we may have to substitute an alternative brand. If this happens, we will ensure the substituted brand is of the same quality as that pictured.
  • One of the items in the box I want to order comes in different colours, flavours or styles. Can I choose which one I get?
    Unfortunately, as per the item descriptions listed for each box, those items subject to variation will be chosen at random. If you have a specific preference, you can contact us (quoting your order number and date) and request your preference. If we are able to accommodate your choice of item we will, however we cannot offer any guarantee that we will be able to do so. This is due to stock availability.
  • Do you ship outside the UK?
    Unfortunately not at this time. Gift Box HeRo can only accept orders from within the UK.
  • Can I request my order is delivered on a specific date?
    If you would like your order delivered on a specific date then please let us know at the time of placing the order, by sending us a message (including the order number). We will always do our best to accommodate any requests, however we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. This is because there are elements within the postage/delivery process that are outside the control of Gift Box HeRo.
  • What do I do if my order is late/delayed/doesn't arrive?
    We can investigate delays after 14 working days from the date of dispatch, in line with Royal Mail Policy. If your order is returned to us due to non-collection by you from a Royal Mail Depot, there will be an additional charge to send your order back out to you. We will, however, then investigate and attempt to resolve the issue for you.
  • Can I add a personalised gift message to my order?
    If you would like to send a specific gift message, please message us at the time of placing the order, detailing the message requested and quoting your order number. Please note that unless messages are sent within an hour of the time the order is placed, we will not be able to accommodate the request.
