A well-earned thank you!

In the workplace, sometimes it can be hard to find the perfect gift to thank staff for a job well done, to mark a special occasion, or to let them know they are a valued team.

I work with a range of clients in the health and care sector, predominantly, where staff are in a caring role and often don’t prioritise themselves. That’s where GiftBoxHerRo stepped in so perfectly. Working with the client and understanding their needs we were able to create a staff awards system that was open to all teams and gave them the opportunity to choose their own gift box.

We linked this to staff filling out an employee questionnaire, providing vital feedback to the company. Once the staff filled out the (anonymous) survey, they then received the GiftBoxHeRo box of their choice as a Corporate Wellbeing Box.

Result: Staff had their say on the experiences working for the company and were also given a well-earned thank you!
